When should I expect to receive my 95BKLYN order?

After an order is submitted, it may take up to three (3) business days for our fulfillment team to process, pack, and ship orders. Transit times may be impacted by seasonal shipping delays.

How much is the cost to ship my order?

We provide a flat shipping rate of $7.99 for all orders. However, if your order value exceeds $120, you will receive complimentary shipping.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, 95BKLYN ships only within the United States.

Return Policy

Are returns accepted?

If you wish to return a product, please make sure that it remains unused, is in a re-sellable condition, and you initiate the process within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate the process, kindly send an email to returns@95bklyn.com, and one of our team members will assist you. Please note that customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the items to us. Once we receive your package, we will notify you if your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will process the refund back to your original payment method within seven (7) business days. Please be aware that we reserve the right to reject any return that does not satisfy the above-mentioned conditions.

How long does it take to process my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. Please note that it may take up to three business days for us to process your order. However, orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within two business days. Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link so that you can easily track your order.

When will I be billed for my order?

Your payment method will be authorized immediately upon purchase to ensure timely delivery. Your order will be billed once it ships from our offices.

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number to track it online.

How do I cancel my order?

We are sorry you want to cancel. Contact our support team, support@95bklyn.com, as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we will do our best to help you.

How do I correct my shipping address?

It's important that you update your address by emailing us at support@95bklyn.com as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we won't be able to change the address. Please keep in mind that if the carrier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to our facilities. In this case, we'll issue an automatic refund (less shipping) to your original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned order.

What payment methods can I use to purchase my 95BKLYN products?

We accept every major credit card: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

Why is my promo code not working?

There are several reasons why your promo code may need to be fixed. The promo code may have been associated with an expired limited-time offer or could have been entered incorrectly. Please note that only one promo code is available per order, and using a promo code denotes knowledge and acceptance of related terms and conditions. Promo codes exclude already discounted items.

How big are your candles?

We have two sizes of candles available - 11oz and 6oz. The 11oz candles can provide you with an immersive sensory experience for up to 72 hours, while the 6oz candles are a part of our All of the Feels Discovery sets, which include 4 candles, each offering up to 45 hours of burn time.

What kind of wax are 95BKLYN’s candles made with?

We make our candles using vegan coconut soy wax, which provides a cleaner and slower burn compared to other candles available in the market. This also ensures that you can enjoy the ambiance for a longer time. Don't worry about running out of candles, we'll be ready to take your order whenever you need to restock.

Does 95BKLYN test its products on animals?

95BKLYN is a 100% cruelty-free brand and does not conduct animal testing of any kind.

Your website says that the product I want to purchase is out-of-stock. What do I do? How will I know when it is back in stock?
